Take the 4th exit, marked to Watford (A41) and London (NW & C). Go down a dual carriageway for about a minute until you come to a set of traffic lights and a crossroad. Take the left turning over a bridge, and the Kings Head is just on the right, with the carpark just after the pub. Anticlockwise on the M25 (southbound), as above, but the exit off the roundabout is the 1st exit. By Train From the South: Best route is from Euston Station (London) via Silverlink county service to Milton Keynes Central. This departs twice per hour and stops at Harrow and Wealdstone, Bushey, Watford Junction and Kings Langley - where you should get off (see directions from station below) From the North: If you can, it is quicker to go to Watford Junction, and change to go back to Kings Langley. The Virgin Trains service usually stops at Watford Junction from Manchester, Birmingham, Northampton. From Kings Langley Station: Cheats way is call a cab! There are no cabs at the station, so call Abbots Village cars on 01923 261616 as you leave Euston (Costs £3 , takes 5 mins) Bus: 322 drops outside the pub. There is a stop just outside the station. Ask the driver to let you know where to alight! (Costs £1, takes 10 mins) Walking: turn left out of the station. Follow the road under the M25, under a railway bridge, up a hill, past a pub (the unicorn),and along for quite a while. At a junction, either go straight ahead (Lauderdale Road) or right (Hamilton Road) and follow until you come to a T Junction. In either case, turn right down the hill, go under the railway bridge, and the pub is on the left hand side of the road after the road. (No cost, takes 30 - 45 mins).
