Okay, this is an entirely personal site, and doesn't represent the views, thoughts, feelings etc. of anyone, probably not even myself a lot of the time. No breaches of copyright are intentional, nor should they be construed as an attack against the holder of that copyright. If I do break anything like that, just mail me and I'll make it more explicit as to who holds the copyright etc. etc. etc.
Site Policy
Ok, this site isn't the prettiest in the world, nor is it the best, but there are reasons for that, basically outlined below:
- I will not force you to download 500k JPEG files simply because "they look neat"
- I will always try and value content over presentation, because the former is important and I'm crap at the latter
- I will not force you to download MIDIs of Pulp's "Disco 2000" because it's a really good idea and no-one else will have thought of it, honest
- I will try and ensure that my site is viewable by even the most basic of browsers, right down to something as simple as Lynx, a text based browser
- I will try and avoid sticking Microsoft or Netscape extensions in my pages which will mess up your browser for you
- I will not have crappy animated GIFs on this page
- If JavaScript is ever allowed anywhere near this page, please, somebody shoot me
- I am not a God and I make mistakes
- I will not ever devolve into the "Here are three pictures of my cat" style of vanity site
- I will not get cute little icons and stick them all over my pages, like "Under Construction", under the mis-apprehension that you have never seen such things before and will laugh at my jolly-japery and original thought
